Privacy
This page explains how this website handles information. For questions, use the contact details on the home page.
Quotes and callback requests
When you choose “Send quote request,” the website sends your contact information, route, preferred date and vehicle or cargo details to the business’s private request inbox. The business uses these details to respond to your request and arrange transport. Submitting a request does not confirm a booking.
When you choose “Call me back,” the website sends your name, phone number and any optional message to the same private inbox so the business can return your call. The callback form does not require route, vehicle or pricing details.
The form keeps unfinished details only in the current browser page, not in browser storage. Requests in the online inbox are automatically removed after 180 days, with cleanup performed at least hourly while the server is running. The owner can delete them sooner. Hosting backups and any records the business keeps separately have their own retention. Contact the business to ask about your information.
If you choose the email alternative, your email provider processes the message when you send it. No payment-card details are collected by this form.
Owner dashboard
The owner dashboard uses an essential session cookie to keep its owner signed in. Business settings and uploaded website photos are stored on the website server. Public settings and selected photos are visible to visitors. Owner passwords are stored as password hashes; integration credentials are kept outside the public website files.
Google reviews and social links
When enabled, Google review information is requested through the website server. Reviewer names, public photos, ratings, review text and links may appear on the page. Loading a reviewer photo may connect your browser to Google. Google Maps features are subject to the Google Privacy Policy. Facebook, Instagram and Google links open external services whose own policies apply.
Website operation
The server temporarily uses network addresses to limit abusive requests. Hosting infrastructure may process technical request information needed to serve and protect the site. This website does not include advertising pixels or analytics tracking scripts.
Contact and updates
Contact the business using its current website contact details to ask about information you have provided. This notice may be updated when the website’s features or service providers change.
