Auction pickups depend on more than a pickup address. The driver needs the auction branch, lot or stock number, vehicle details and confirmation that the vehicle is paid for and cleared for release. Share any collection instructions supplied by the auction.
Tell us the vehicle’s actual condition, including whether it runs, rolls, steers and brakes. Auction listings and photographs can help explain damage or access concerns, but loading requirements still need to be confirmed before dispatch.
Send your preferred pickup date and any collection deadline when you request a quote. Timing depends on the auction’s release process, access arrangements and driver availability. We will discuss these details before confirming the move.
